Vol. 10 No. 1 (2026): MAY 2026
The Military School of Engineering “Mcal. Antonio José de Sucre,” consistent with its institutional principles, considers that developing research, technological development, and innovation—while managing the entire process—is a substantive function of utmost institutional importance. It also considers it significant to have scientific communication media, as these will contribute to increasing the visibility and impact of institutional research, for example, through the publication of scientific articles. This is the case of EMINENTE, an institutional scientific journal of significant prestige in the university sphere, which helps ensure the academic recognition of the Military School of Engineering in the field of research at both national and international levels.
EMINENTE, the Scientific Journal of the Military School of Engineering, in its Volume 10 Number 1, May 2026, presents scientific articles whose themes are related to Higher Education, considering current trends from the perspective of complexity theories associated with the concerns of those who intend to pursue a professional career. It also addresses the importance of planning and adopting strategies that improve professionalizing skills in universities. Furthermore, it showcases innovations in the field of institutional administration at municipal government levels, as well as promising results and alternatives for constructions and/or buildings under different climatic conditions.
We express our gratitude to the Authors of the Original Scientific Articles for their invaluable work and consistent contribution to knowledge through their research, and fundamentally for their trust in our scientific journal. Likewise, we extend our gratitude to the Scientific Committee, our Peer Reviewers, and the Editorial Committee of our Scientific Journal for the excellent work accomplished.
